美国NUVO网络电视台于2004年2月份推出，成立的主要目的是为广大拉美演员提供更多展示自己才华的机会和平台。也是第一个正对拉丁裔观众的网络电视频道。新标志于5月15日正式对外公布，并且于7月1日正式投入使用。口号也发生了新的变化，由之前的“Live Bold”变更为“We Are It”据悉，新logo设计由设计师Juan Rosenfeldt和NUVO合作打造。
